We deliver your items back 48 hours later ready to slice.
Select your pick-up date by clicking “BOOK”
1) Your dull knives will be picked up at a location of your choice and returned to you two days later. You will have the option to pay using your preferred payment method upon their return.
2) An order minimum of $35 is required.
3) Knives will be picked up between 12:00 PM and 4:00 PM, and they will be returned two days later within the same time frame. You will receive a text message 10 minutes before the pick up and return, so you can be ready. If you need a more specific time, please leave special instructions.

Yes, even inexpensive knives are worth sharpening. For only $10 any knife sharpened by KWSharp will be as good or better than new. Not only would it be difficult to replace most knives for less than $10 we believe it is better for our economy and planet to extend the life of tools and utensils.

Whenever you feel your knives are not cutting as well as you would want them to. Japanese chefs sharpen their knives daily. We generally recommend a sharpen once every 1 to 3 months for home cooks but it’s entirely dependent on usage, maintenance, storage, and the hardness of the steel.

No, not at this time. Due to supply chain/availabilty issues with ceramic grinding wheels we do not offer that service at this time. Coming soon though!

Yes, we can customize the cutting edge to your specifications. Depending on the request, there may be an additional charge.

Sharpening removes material from the blade to produce a new, sharp edge, while honing keeps the blade sharp by pushing the edge of the knife back to the center. Knife sets often come with a honing rod which should be used regularly.
